We have received the unfortunate news from Thornden School that our badminton club cannot use the Sports Hall during some dates January and February 2019. The Sports Hall where badminton takes place will be used for the school drama production while Thornden Hall is still out of use. This is disappointing news for Thornden Community Badminton Club and for Thornden School but we hope that you will understand the issue the school is faced with and the fact that this is outside of everyone’s control. Any members affected by the cancellations who have already paid their fees are welcome to contact our treasurer Claire by email clairegregory205@gmail.com to arrange a pro rata refund by bank transfer for the canceled sessions. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Wednesdays (Bronze)
Sessions are on Jan 9, Feb 6, 13, 27, March 6, 13, 20, 27, April 3, 24, May 1, 8.

Sessions are *NOT ON* Jan 16, 23, 30 due to school production. Not on Feb 20 due to half term. Not on April 10, 17 due to Easter.

Fridays (Primary)
Sessions are on Jan 11, Feb 15, March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, April 5, 26, May 3.

Sessions are *NOT ON* Jan 18, 25, Feb 1 due to school production, Feb 8 due to exams, Feb 22 due to half term, April 12, 19 due to Easter.

We have sessions allocated to us in July and we have, in the past, run ‘all play’ open sessions during those times.
